豬脊骨含有豐富的蛋白質、脂肪、鈣、磷、鐵等,有補腎填髓強筋壯骨的作 用。豬骨湯屬於家常菜,做法相對容易及普遍,且具有能壯腰膝,益力氣, 補虛弱,強筋骨之功效。孕婦常喝此湯,能預防妊娠缺鈣引起的肌肉抽搐。


成份: 水、豬骨、雞、赤肉、姜、白胡椒


食用方法: 加入3倍至4倍熱水, 適量鹽,可隨意加入配料,煮滾後飲用,亦可用作火鍋湯底
