薈館為思為集團成員,集團2003年由科技起家,自主研發了智能家居系統,並獲得多個國家發明專利。于2005年 開始在香港成立連鎖智能精品酒店,現在已經發展成6家,全部位於香港市區方便位置。鑒於2009年的金融海嘯令 集團明白業務多元化發展的重要性,因應酒店客人對餐飲的熱切需求,於2009年底,我們正式開設了首家餐廳"原 汁原味"。


我們深明......
飲食界經營者已花不少精力在業務營運方面,包括食材選購、食品質素、員工培訓等,加上大部份成本開支花費在 租金及薪金上,員工流失量大,很難聘請廚師及難於吸引年輕一代入行等因素,因此成立”中央廚房”實在是大勢 所趨。加上都市人對食物品質要求越來越高;上班一族沒有時間在家煮食;家庭人數愈來愈少,從而越來越多單身 一族, 以致蘇豪生活方式愈見普遍,所以我們深入研究速食市場,除了煮法方便外,健康飲食同樣重要。除了開始時的尊 貴食品,近年,我們更積極開拓留學生食品市場,其中如暢銷產品"喱牛腩"是留學生至愛。


直至2011年起,我們開始在香港、廣東省及澳門巡迴展銷自家品牌的產品,憑著客人對我們林林總總產品試食的鍾 愛,於2012年10月,我們在香港灣仔開設首家專賣店,集優質零售及私房菜於一身。更感動了著名畫家”阿虫”為 我們產品作畫,注入了香港色彩。自2013年起,更榮獲“香港名牌”。


為此,我們將更加努力,繼續把這"港精神–––虫生活體薈"續下去!

品牌故事 Brand Story

Our Group was formed by information technology with self patented intelligent home systems. Our first TecHotel starts operation from 2005 in Hong Kong.  Totally, we have 6 boutique hotels in most convenient location in Hong Kong.  With the experience from the financial crisis in 2009,  our Group recognizes the importance of diversity, in addition to the huge demand of food and beverage services, the first “Mingle Kitchen from the Yuan”borns.


We understand ...... There are many operation problems in catering industry like sourcing raw materials, food quality management, staff training, high rental fee, chef recruitment difficulty etc…

We believe "Central Kitchen" is the trend.   Moreover, customer are seeking higher quality of food; office workers do not have much time to cook at home; soho lifestyle are becoming more popular. Instant & easy cooking in a way of healthy fast food becomes a big market.  


Since 2011, we began to promote our own brand products in different road shows around Hong Kong, Guangdong Province of China and Macau.  And received numerous good comments after food tasting and tends we  opened our first experience store in October 2012 at Wanchai, Hong Kong which is a retail shop in daytime but private kitchen during dinner time.  Also, thanks for Ah Chung, the famous comic painter, helps us to design the theme.
