品牌解說：
「饗薈銀河」中的「饗」於《玉篇》，解作設盛禮以飯賓；「薈」為凡物薈萃之意；「銀河」則意謂龐大領域。「饗薈銀河」的取名反映了品牌是以薈萃國際美食為目標
商標解說：圖案是以食具，包括中式筷子，碗，湯匙組合成「饗薈」二字，意旨品嚐環球美食。
「饗薈銀河」的商品系列，包括加餸系列，湯水系列，點心系列及送禮系列。
基於品牌理念---“以食會友”，因緣際會下，得一位友人介紹，認識了香港著名漫畫家「阿虫」替我們的產品設計出一系列的畫作，作為產品推廣用途。作品貫徹其演繹風格，透過簡單字句，讓人細味生活點滴，帶點禪意卻又能溫暖人心。亦促使我們成立「薈館」作為分"饗"的體驗中心。
